Our microgreen journey started on around May-June 2016 when we found out, my wife is pregnant with our lovely daughter, Rojeena. Being a professional Zumba/aerobic and Persian traditional dancer (@livetodance_va), my wife needed to be fit and at the same time gets all the necessary vitamins and nutrition for her pregnancy. Her nutritionist immediately suggested Microgreens and that’s how we got involved.
Being a longtime gardener, helped me to pick up the whole A to Z things about growing microgreens. It didn’t take long till I fell in love with it and started thinking about making a business out of it. It’s like finding something extra ordinary useful and beneficial and want to share it with others.
We grew step by step and now we serve our local restaurants and neighbors at Loudoun County. Our free delivery to all locals on Fridays all year around is what we are so proud of, and we hope to keep this free service continue years to come.
We never become a commercial business and will never pick profit ahead of our customers. We refuse to use any chemicals nor preservatives and we make sure to follow all the rules to keep things Organic and healthy.
Service we provide:
- Work with all types of restaurants step by step and adopt our produce to their menu. We understand that if they grow their business, we grow.
- Service to shops and grocery stores to meet what their customers need.
- Most importantly we extended our service to Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC and not just Loudoun County.
